In July 1997 I had an automobile accident, which resulted in my T-6 spinal cord injury. Three years after my accident, I finished my therapy and I went back to school to finish my high school diploma. In 2002 I married with my wife Nadia Barrera, and start driving with hand control, I work in computer lab helping students with computer tasks. One day a friend ask me to play wheelchair sports, basketball, softball, handcycling, and power lifting. That day my life change for good and now I am a peer mentor in hospitals and rehabilitation centers.
